Valerie is a Human Resource Management Professional with over two decades of experience in blue chip companies, spanning the banking and manufacturing sectors in Nigeria and outside of Nigeria. She thrives on partnering with business leaders to maximise the growth and contribution of human assets to organisational performance. In addition to her extensive core HR
experience, Valerie has also been at the front line of managing and navigating the exciting world of Industrial Relations interfacing with National Unions and
Employer Organisations.

She is currently the Managing Partner of a HR Consulting Company and a startup Agriculture Enterprise. She is an avid reader, food enthusiast, urban farmer, adventurous traveller and fitness advocate Valerie lives in Lagos, Nigeria
